Santiago in Ânfora do Rocim Alvarinho results from a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Quinta de Santiago, producer in the Monção and Melgaço Region. A different interpretation of an Alvarinho de Monção and Melgaço, resulting from the knowledge of Quinta de Santiago on grape and terroir and Herdade do Rocim on the winemaking process in Ânfora. An unprecedented experience, which could only result in a unique and exceptional wine, the first Alvarinho de Ânfora ever made!

TASTING NOTES: Greenish yellow color. Nose with floral and mineral matrix notes. Creased acidity balanced by the earthy component denouncing in an elegant, structured and persistent way the internship in Amphora that gave rise to it.
