Farizoa Alicante Bouchet Reserva Tinto

This wine was produced with the best Alicante Bouschet grapes from Herdade da Farizoa. The long fermentation and the 14 months aging in oak barrels gave rise to this small batch of 3600 bottles.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Alicante Bouschet
TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby color, reveals an intense and complex aroma, with emphasis on black fruits and black olives combined with notes of spices and chocolate, the result of a very well integrated wood. In the mouth it presents a remarkable freshness and an excellent balance, with firm but silky tannins. The finish is long and with great aromatic persistence.
PAIR / SERVE: Savor with game, meats and cured cheeses. Serve at 17oC.
