With two thousand years of tradition in the Alentejo, carved wine continues to be produced according to the winemaking processes of Roman villas. With this wine, Herdade do Rocim pays homage to the ancestral tradition of the culture of vine and wine.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Moreto, Tinta Grossa, Trincadeira and Aragonez
TASTING NOTES: Bright and open ruby color. On the nose it reveals notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and some vegetable. Creamy, but fresh, it presents a saline and textured minerality. Very fresh finish.
