With two thousand years of tradition in the Alentejo, carved wine continues to be produced according to the winemaking processes of Roman villas. With this wine, Herdade do Rocim pays homage to the ancestral tradition of the culture of vine and wine.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Antão Vaz, Perrum, Rabo de Ovelha and Mateúd.
TASTING NOTES: Golden color. Fresh aroma, some smoked, spicy and vegetal, coming from skin contact. Notes of tomato and grapefruit. Firm, dry and textured palate. Some salinity and a long and mineral finish.
