TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby in color, it reveals an austere and closed aroma, with subtle notes of black fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, combined with notes of fig, pepper and cocoa. In the mouth it reveals a remarkable freshness, excellent structure and balance, with firm and high quality tannins. Its finish is complex, revealing great elegance and aromatic persistence.
PAIR / SERVE: Savor with game, meats and cured cheeses. Serve at 17oC.
