“Herdade do Rocim” Clay Aged is a genuine wine, produced from the passion of generations who have always had the greatest respect and tenderness for the land. It is produced from the varieties Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho. Stepped on foot, in a stone mill, with all its stems and only with indigenous yeasts.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho. The varieties Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho are conducted in ascending monoplane. The orientation of the lines is East-West and the grape varieties have the same exposure (west).
TASTING NOTES: Golden / amber color. Discreet aromas of flint, chalk and wet rock. In the mouth it has a textured, fresh and mineral dryness. Striking acidity that expands the set of saline and structured profile.
