PRODUCTIVE PROCESS:
.Malt milling;
.Brassage (Transformation of malt starch into sugar);
Filtration (Separation of solid parts);
.Wort boiling (Addition of hops at this stage);
.Adding grape must to beer must in the amphora;
Amphora fermentation (About 12 days);
.Cold decanting (About 2 months)
.Priming (Adding sugar to beer) and Bottling;
.Refermentation and maturation in bottle (about 2 months).
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 7.3%
TASTING NOTE: Golden colored beer and white foam. Fruity aroma from the grape and light malt flavor.
