The sparkling “Herdade do Rocim” Brut Nature is a rosé wine, produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Touriga Nacional. Touriga Nacional is planted in a plot with nascent exposure and is conducted in the multi-spatial conduction system, LYS. The orientation of the lines is East-West.
TASTING NOTES: Salmon color. Bubble in and persistent. Aroma of yeast and light toast.
