Founded in 1933, Caves Borlido are one of the oldest sparkling wine producers in Portugal. Elaborated according to the classic method with stage in underground cellars, this sparkling wine has a fine bubble and a fruity aroma.

TASTING NOTES: Citrine and bright in color, with a fine and persistent bubble. The aroma is delicate, with toasted notes and fruity green apple. In the mouth it is complex, with a pleasant and balanced acidity. Its finish is elegant and persistent.
SERVING AND HARMONIZATION: Perfect companion for fish (especially sushi), seafood, salads and cold soups. Serve between 6-8oC.
