It is produced from the varieties Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho. Stepped on foot, in a stone mill, with all its stems and only with indigenous yeasts. GRAPE VARIETIES: Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho. The varieties Verdelho, Viosinho and Alvarinho are conducted in ascending monoplane. The orientation of the lines is East-West and the grape varieties have the same exposure (west). TASTING NOTES: Golden \/ amber color. Discreet aromas of flint, chalk and wet rock. In the mouth it has a textured, fresh and mineral dryness. Striking acidity that expands the set of saline and structured profile.
